Hyatt Place Memphis Primacy Parkway

The staff was exceptional nice! The breakfast was good! So much to choose from!

The hotel was in a quiet location, easy to find,plus walking distance to local restaurants as well. Beds were comfortable, the rooms were clean, and the staff was friendly. Even with late check-in, we were able to get a drink from bar as it was closing.

Room was ready and clean. Hotel was clean, the staff was very friendly and courteous. The breakfast was really good. It was very busy but they kept up with the refills very well. The bed was very comfortable only thing missing was there was not a bath tub.

I like the customer service at the front desk. She was very patient and nice 👍🙂she greeted us with welcoming arms made me feel very pleased.

I like the comfort of the entire room. It was my Birthday and I needed a getaway. It turned out to be the best getaway in town that I've experienced. I was able to prepare myself for an important event the next morning even though I had forgotten my blow dryer. There was one in the room. Very convenient. No one knocked on my door to ask if I was staying or leaving. I truly enjoyed my stay. I plan on staying there again.
